Metro C is a collective of eleven artists based in Groningen. In our shared studio on the Westerbinnensingel, we work together to create new art, and new connections.
Our space is more than just a studio. It’s a place where curiosity meets creativity, where visitors are welcome to step inside, have a look around, and experience art in the making. We believe art should be more open and accessible Not hidden behind gallery walls. That’s why we regularly host open studio days, exhibitions, and events that bring people closer to the creative process.
As recent graduates of Academie Minerva, we’re building a place that grows through collaboration and exchange. The name Metro C reflects that vision: a hub where different artistic lines cross, where ideas travel, and where everyone is invited to get on board.
We’re always looking to connect with other artists, cultural initiatives, organizations, and locals. Whether you want to organize an event, start a collaboration, or just drop by for a coffee — our doors are open.
